iGeneral Comment: #5. Observed leg missing on utility/ hand washing sink in D hall laundry room and storage was in hand washing/ utility sink. Leg on utility repaired at time of inspection and storage was removed from sink. Do not block or obstruct utility/ hand washing sink.****Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). #8. Observed stains on cloth chair used for (1) student. Recommend replacing cloth chair with a chair that has a more easily cleanable material. Repair or replace damaged feeder chair in C18.***All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Ms. Monica and Ms. St. Pierra present at time of inspection.

Provide additional shelving to store extra stock and supplies on. All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411.
