Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed minor stained ceiling tiles sporadically throughout school building to include media center. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. Observed hole in wall in gym and a portion of baseboard missing in gym. Per head custodian work orders have been submitted to have stained ceiling tiles, hole in wall, and missing baseboard repaired. |
