General Comment: #11. Observed hand sanitizer not properly stored in room A34. Store hand sanitizer out of reach of children or locked away.**Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled . and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed small trees growing beside modular units. Recommend cutting small trees from beside modular unit before they become larger trees and cause damaged to modular units and railing/ramp. Mr. Frank Roseman present at time of inspection.

When you turn on one cold water faucet at a hand sink the water does not come on. When you turn on water at adjoining hand washing sink the water comes on at other hand washing sink. Clean hand washing sink and counters in modular units. Observed broken and missing soap dispensers in bathrooms. Replace broken and missing soap dispensers throughout in bathrooms. Provide soap and paper towels at all hand washing sinks at all times. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).

Repair any and all roof leaks, then replace water stained ceiling tiles. Touch-up paint throughout in classrooms where needed. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.

REPAIR LIGHT FIXTURES OR REPLACE BLOWN LIGHT BULBS! Clean vents throughout in gym, cafeteria and hallway area. Repair damaged stool on dining room table in cafeteria. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b).
