Observed disrepair toilets in girl restroom A hall. Observed disrepair, soiled, smelly restroom in both girl and boy restroom in mobile unit RR1156. Cleaning and repair needed. Keep all toilets and fixtures clean and good repair. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed soiled/ water stained on ceiling light shield cover in the main hallway and girl restroom C hallway need cleaning. Observed missing ceiling tiles in tutor room C118 and media center, water stained ceiling tiles in tutor room C116, main hallway. Ensure to check for no roof leaks, repair if needed. Replace the ceiling tiles. |
