Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b).- Observed very low water pressure at water fountain in front of boy restroom A hall. 1 fountain is not working in C hall and mobile unit. Observed couple water fountains need detail cleaning all around spouts, crevices in B and C hall. Keep all clean and in good repair. # 6. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed missing ceiling tiles in boy restroom mobile unit RR1156. Replace the ceiling tiles. Observed dusty flooring several closets (PTA, custodian, ..) cleaning needed and keep clean. - PIC (Jake Mott) of cleaning present during inspection
