Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained and freshly water damaged ceiling tile in cafeteria hallway out to the dumpster, B & C hallway, resource room in the main hallway, main hallway near restrooms, classroom D110 and D118. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. |
