Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tile on “C” hallway and on main hallway near library. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced.
