NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #1 - Observed backflow bell missing from mop sink in A119 custodial closet. **Backflow connections and cross-connections with unapproved water supplies are prohibited. 15A NCAC 18A 2405 (c). #10 - Observed dumpster lid missing. Custodian Sam stated a new lid has been ordered. **Impervious, cleanable containers with lids, approved by the Department, shall be provided for the storage of solid waste. 15A NCAC 18A .2414 (a). #11 - Observed disinfectant wipes present on several teachers desks in reach-of children in classrooms throughout. These items should be kept out of reach of children as their labels state. **Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
