Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). -Observed black build up on water fountains throughout the school. Water fountains need detail cleaning all around crevices, spouts, nozzles and surfaces. Keep clean. Points remain the same. |

Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed broken soap dispenser in 6th grade boy restroom, elective hall boy restroom. Broken/disrepair hand dryer in boy and girl restroom 6th grade, 8th grade girl restroom. Observed disrepair faucet in boy restroom 8th hallway. Repair or replacement needed. Keep all fixtures in good repair.
Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed no soap available in the dispenser mobile unit MOD26 boy restroom, and mobile unit MC904 boy restroom. Girl restroom elective hallway. Ensure to provide soap and paper towels at all hand sinks at all time. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed missing ceiling due to leaks in 7th garden modify restroom 120 and classroom 119. Water damage stained on ceiling tiles in front office. Observed dead buds in light shield covers need cleaning mainly in 8th grade hallway. Repair needed where roof leaks is happening, replace the ceiling tiles. Keep all lights fixtures clean from dead buds and water damaged stained from leaks. |
