Repair/replace ceiling/tiles. - Custodian: Ladon Sloan present during inspection

Broken/disrepair hand dryer in boy locker room, and girl restroom in the modular building. Observed disrepair faucet in boy restroom 6th and 7th hallway. Repair or replacement needed. Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed no paper towels or hand dryer available in girl restroom in modular building. No paper towels in the dispenser in boy restroom mobile unit. Observed no soap or paper towels available in restrooms where the devices are broken/disrepaired mentioned above. Ensure to provide soap and paper towels at all hand sinks at all time.
