NOTE: - There is one hand sink in girls restroom 8th grade, upstairs, missing both spring loaded faucet knobs. The head of custodian stated, the knobs was already ordered and on the way to replace. The head custodian, Mr. Sloan present during inspection.

The pressure needs to be adjusted to not allow mouth contact. Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). -Observed two of the fountains in the outside building need cleaning.
