Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed water damaged ceiling tiles inside classrooms (#B10, #A16, #C1, #C7). Observed moble units having water damaged ceiling tiles resulting in mold growth on tiles inside first two rooms, humidity from leak is contributing to mold growth which needs immediate attention. (rooms are currently occupied and are planned to be in use during school year).
Observed wall damaged from tape and other adhesives throughout all classrooms. |
