Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed several tiles in room D2 with pink, black, and brown buildup. Observed ceiling tile in B1 with stain. Observed missing ceiling tiles in B5. Observed minor touch up paint needed in bathroom of 6th grade hall, media center, and C8. Observed large crack through floor tile at entrance to 6th grade hall. Observed feces on the floor in boys bathroom in elective hall. REPEAT VIOLATION |
