NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #7 - Observed toileting items (diapers) being stored on the floor of the restrooms in C-9 and C-7. **All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. #11 - Observed disinfectant wipes being stored out around classroom of C-7. Store cleaners and other hazardous products per manufacturers instructions i.e. "Keep out of reach of children". **Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
