Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed cleaner and disinfectant wipes stored accessible to children in classrooms throughout. Observed one custodial closet with chemicals inside unlocked. Observed teachers restrooms left unlocked with aerosols inside accessible to children. Toxic materials need to be stored to avoid health hazards. |
