Observed water stained ceiling tiles on the second floor near the gym, room A108 and hallway near A16. Ensure that leaks are not ongoing and replace ceiling tiles.
**Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.
NOTE: Floor scrubber that doesn't work is being stored on closet within A109. School would like to have scrubber removed. |
