-Observed aerosol disinfectant sprays, disinfectant wipes, bulk hand sanitizer, a can of paint stored unlocked and within reach of the children in several rooms (a lot of rooms under the handsink in the cabinets).
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
-Observed mice droppings in all of the cabinets under the handsink area in room B186. Droppings may be old, so clean the areas and if more are observed, there is an active issue. Call pest control.
There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). |
