Observed: Disinfecting wipes, excess hand sanitizer, and cleaners stored within reach of children in most classrooms inspected.**Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards (i.e. keep hazardous products behind lock and key or out of reach of the students). See rule .2415 (b). General Comments: Upper A Hall Boys toilet seats need to be cleaned. Media Center Boys restroom sink fixture needs repaird. Restrooms with hose bibs need backflow prevention devices (B Hall near room 123 and 130).Ms. Chambers present. |
