Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Observed a total of 2 hand dryers not working in boys bathrooms on 2nd and 3rd floors. Observed one sink not working in boys locker room and multiple missing knobs on sinks in locker rooms. Repair. |
