Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d).- Observed couple damaged and loose toilet seats in girl restroom A hall need repair. Observed hand sink in C hall class #C104 need caulking around to seal the gap on the wall. Keep all fixtures in good repair. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed missing ceiling tiles in tutor room B hallway room #D119. Observed water damage stained on ceiling tiles in tutor room D#114 and D#115 in B hallway. Check for leaks, repair if needed. Replace new ceiling tiles. Keep all ceiling clean and good repair. |
