Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed water stain on ceiling tiles in C hall in front of tutor room C118, and Classroom C6. Check for no active leaks, repair/replace the ceiling tiles. Observed couple HVAC ceiling vents in restrooms cover with dust. Detail cleaning needed and keep clean. - Head of custodian: Mercedes Portillo present during inspection
