Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed ceiling peeling and need of repair in gym area. Observed missing and stained ceiling tiles in both boys and girls restrooms in gym area. Observed a piece of baseboard peeling off of wall in “Lions Den” classroom bathroom. |
