Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b).- Observed black buildup around spouts/crevices of water fountains. Detail cleaning around spouts, nozzles, crevices and surfaces needed. Keep all water fountains clean. Points remain the same at this time. |

Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed soiled hand sinks in A/B hallway restrooms. Detail cleaning needed and keep clean. Observed no water available for hand washing in restrooms mobile unit RR424, repair needed. Keep all fixtures in good repair. Points remain the same at this time.
Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed several empty soap dispensers in restrooms mobile units (RR424, RR1239). Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. |
