15A NCAC 18A .2410 Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed a section of missing baseboard in the boys’ restroom on the “A” hallway and peeling ceiling plaster in the girls’ restroom near the cafeteria. Per the head custodian, a leak had occurred in the girls’ restroom, and a work order had been submitted to have the issue repaired. |
