Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed damaged floor tiles in cafeteria, ramp walkway leading to cafeteria student restrooms, and auditorium. Repair. Observed stained ceiling tiles in main office, in hallway outside of main office and, girls and boys 4th/5th grade hallway restroom ceiling. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. |
