Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed minor stained ceiling tiles sporadically throughout school building. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. (Lower A hallway near main office, upper B hallway).
*NOTE: Head Custodian Mr. Reggie, was present during time of inspection. Report emailed to him and principal at the following:
