NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #3 - Observed cleaning needed on the water fountain nozzles at the end of B hall. EHS suggested using a Q-tip. **Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Mr. Reggie present during the inspection.
