4. Observed several loose toilet seats.Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d).7. Observed several storage rooms/closets with dust, dirt, and cobwebbs on the floor. Items stored on the floor also. All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411.Note: Observed bean bags in the library and floor mats in one class in disrepair (inside cushion is exposed). Also, the sink is chipped by the faucet. -Observed 1 of the 2 sinks not working in the girl's restroom by the auditorium. **Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b)-Observed no paper towels on the Kindergarten hall. -Observed the paper towel handle jammed in the boy's restroom by the auditorium. Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).
