Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).- Observed throughout the facility to include C3, C9, C17, flex room D-hall, E3; the green disinfectant spray bottles (GE Fight Bac RTU), sanitizer bottles (little bottle and big bulk container), sanitizer wipe containers, disinfectant aerosol spray cans. Items are sitting out within reach of children on the desk/counter throughout the classrooms more than one kind and at least 3 bottles in each setting. Ensure to store all materials that have label “KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN” properly. And store materials that have extra warning and caution on the label properly per manufacturer’s instructions. |
