Observed leaking ceiling(stained) in girls restroom near cafeteria. Restroom blocked. Observed water stained ceilingtile in girls restroom on 8th grade hall. Observed wall damage in boys restroom in modular directly behind 6th grade. Observed toilet continuously fusihing in girls restroom. Could not get toilet to stop.
Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b).
