Observed dumpster doors were left open, and litter/bulk items piled around the dumpster area.**Solid waste containers shall be kept clean; in good repair; and emptied when full; but not less than once a week. See rule .2414 (b).GENERAL COMMENTS: Amy Firth and Deborah Hofland were present during the inspection. The school is located on the 2nd floor of the administative building. All classrooms were inspected excluding room 204(sewing room) and 215.#8 - Observed a window without a screen was open in room 207. **Provide screens for windows that are opened to prevent entry of flying insects. |
