Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Observed some handsinks with short run times in restrooms sporadically throughout school building. EHS advises school to adjust spring loaded faucets run time to a minimum of 15 seconds to allot proper handwashing. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles in custodial closet located on “C hallway” and in cafeteria. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. |
