Repeat: Observed the majority of the spring loaded faucets (inside classes and hall restrooms) staying on for only a few seconds. Regulate all spring loaded faucets so that they stay on for a minimum of 15 seconds to facilitate proper handwashing.

Repeat: Observed hazardous items including but not limited to bulk hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, aerosol Lysol spray, etc in classes on each hall stored within reach of the children in low cabinets below handsinks, on teacher's desks, etc. Keep all hazardous items out of reach of the children or behind lock and key.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A
