-Observed the majority of the spring loaded faucets staying on for a few seconds. All spring loaded faucets must stay on for a minimum of 15 seconds to facilitate proper handwashing.
Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).

Repeat: Observed hazardous items including but not limited to bulk hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, cans of paint, etc in classes on each hall and the tv room in the media center. Keep all hazardous items out of reach of the children or behind lock and key.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
