Observed hazardous/toxic items stored unlocked within reach of the children in A4, A9, B3, C120, and C8. Items included but not limited to liquid white out, goo-gone, cleaner sprays, aerosol air fresheners and Lysol, bulk amounts of sanitizers, and disinfectant wipes.
*Store all hazardous/toxic items out of reach of the children. If "out of reach" is not feasible, place the items behind lock and key.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
