Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tile near cafeteria and near adult restrooms near main office. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. |
