Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles sporadically throughout school building to include, second floor main hallway and outside of gym/cafeteria entrance. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles repaired. |
