No points were deducted for the following: 8. Observed two lights not working on the 2nd floor. Observed windows boarded up in rooms A8,A12. **All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). 11. Observed wasp nests outside near the front entrance. **There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).
