Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed three minor stained ceiling tiles in middle school work room and 2302 office. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. REPEAT.
Points not escalated due to nature of violation and repairs of all tiles from last inspection. |
