Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed a few minor stained ceiling tiles within school building to include stairwell near middle school hallway and upper level near electrical closet. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. *NOTE: Facilities Manager, Mr. Lloyd was present during time of inspection.
