NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #1 - Observed no backflow prevention device present on the wall hose bib in the boys bathroom on 2-5 hall. **Backflow connections and cross-connections with unapproved water supplies are prohibited. 15A NCAC 18A 2405 (c). #5 - Observed caulking needed on the backsplash behind hand sinks in boys 6th and 7th grade bathroom. **Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). #11 - Observed Lysol wipes being stored within reach in room 167. Ensure chemicals are stored out of reach of children or out of sight out of mind. **Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
