NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #4 - Observed ceiling tile damaged in the middle school boys bathroom. Observed missing or damaged locks on several bathroom doors. Observed soiled toilet in the restroom of room 116. #6 - Observed a water stained ceiling tile in room 169 on the elementary school side. Observed missing base boards in elementary school gym. Observed ceiling tiles missing in the storage closet of the middle school gym.
