Observed stained ceiling tiles in hall outside small gym and in E213. Observed missing tiles in small gym and boys downstairs bathroom. REPEAT.
General Comment: EHS observed boarded up window in gym building. Custodian stated it had recently been damaged and has been measured and is in the process of getting new pieces for repairs. |
