*NO POINTS THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #5. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c). Observed several restrooms throughout school building with broken soap dispensers. Per conversation with Head Custodian students have been tearing the soap dispensers off the wall (believed to be triggered by a Tik Tok video) and a work order has been submitted to have dispensers mounted back on wall. *NOTE: Head Custodian Mrs. Jones was present during time of inspection.
