Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles in A hall, room A3, room A5, and some sporadically in other hallways of main building. Observed missing tiles in cafeteria boys bathroom. Needs to be checked for leaks and tiles replaced. REPEAT. |

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed listening, aerosols, and disinfectant wipes stored accessible to children in A3. Observed aerosols and disinfectant wipes stored accessible to children in several rooms. Observed cleaners stored in unlocked teacher bathroom on 1st floor. Toxic materials need to be stored in accessible to children (as directed on manufacturer label) to avoid health hazards. |
