Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed minor stained ceiling tiles near gym. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. Observed laminate on the floor in boys modular unit restroom in need of detailed cleaning/repair/replacement.
