Observed aerosol disinfectant, aerosol air fresheners, bulk bottles of hand sanitizers, cleaners, and disinfectant wipes stored in reach of the children in A2, A3, and 605. Observed an unlabeled bottle of chemical in room C1. Label all chemicals and keep all hazardous items out of reach of the children.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
