General Comment: #3. Observed slight pink coloration on mouth guard on water fountain on B hall. Observed mouth guard old and stained on B hall. Thoroughly clean mouth guard and recommend replacing stained mouth guard on water fountain. ***Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). #7. Observed storage on the floor in storage room located at end of A hall but floor was clean. Observed storage on the floor in science room storage closet. ***All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411. #8. Clean/dust top of wall mounted cabinets. Clean/dust ventilation covers.**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). #11. Remove old broken desk from back ramp leading out exit door of modular unit. Remove old broken boards and clothes from playground/ side walk area. Clean grounds between dumpster and back loading dock. Observed compost pile directly against school building in courtyard between A hall and B hall. Highly recommend removing compost pile from against base of school building. Observed tree growing directly against foundation of school building, gutters, chilling towers, etc. Highly recommend cutting tree growth from foundation, gutters, chilling towers, etc.***The premises of the school under control of the principal shall be kept neat and clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).Waste material, unnecessary articles, rubbish, litter, or garbage shall not be allowed to accumulate on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). 6	15	FLOORS: WALLS: AND CEILINGS: Floors, walls, and ceilings clean and in good repair 30# (.2410)	No	No	No	Repair any roof or HVAC leaks then replace water stained ceiling tiles in A2, media center and media center storage room. Place out of place ceiling tiles back into place in classroom and storage room area. Wipe/clean walls throughout where needed. Touch-up paint throughout where needed. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.
