General Comment: #8.Observed top of cabinet, smart board projectors holders and vents within classroom needing general dusting. Observed return air vent in gym area needing cleaning.**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, . blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). #11.Observed grounds directly behind dumpster needing cleaning. Have staff to clean ground behind dumpster and wall when dumpster is emptied. Observed drainage from heating and cooling units in modular unit draining and pooling against base of modular unit. Drain condensation line into gutters like other heating and cooling units are drained! **The premises of the school under control of the principal shall be kept neat and clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Repair any and all roof leaks, then replace water stained ceiling tiles. Observe water stains on wall and ceiling in hallway in downstairs D hall near gym/media center. Repair leaks as soon as possible! Observed gap on base of back door leading out of modular unit. Provide door sweep on base of door. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.
