Remove protruding screw or tightly secure protruding screw on metal floor door flashing in D5. Observed metal corner flashing with sharp corners along base of window in hallway between modular unit and school building. Place some type of guard on corner of metal flashing to prevent a student from cutting his or her hand. Clean ceiling in stairway area and ceiling/roof over office/storage room in gym area.
